| Overlooking the picturesque village of Théoule sur Mer, the Bastide is in an enviable elevated position taking in the both the bay of Theoule and the bay of Cannes. Such views bear a small price to pay for the steps to be climbed leading up to the Bastide (45 in total). However for shopping and luggage there is a small pulleyed lift. |
From the entrance through a large wrought-iron gateway, there is a slope leading to a large double garage. Stone steps take you up past the spring-fed pool and poolhouse with toilet, shower, bar, fridge and electric hob, to the Bastide itself. Built in authentic Provençal stone, the property has a grandeur that more recently constructed houses lack and the owners have carefully and thoughtfully renovated the Bastide to a very high standard.

| On entering there is a large open kitchen with dining table, wood burning stove and an oak staircase leading up to a mezzanine study area above. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, micro-wave and induction hob. From the kitchen you enter the salon, again with an oak staircase leading to the upper floor. The landing is balustraded and open to the main living area so adding to the spacious feeling of this superb room. Cream sofas, large open fireplace, stereo, CD, wide screen TV with satellite. Off the salon is a guest toilet and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer together with ironing facilities. |
The master bedroom is also on the ground level with king size bed and en suite bathroom. Two further bedrooms, one twin with en suite bathroom and one a standard double with wash hand basin are to be found on the upper floor each either side of the galleried landing.
