| Aptly named, Les Mimosas has magnificent views of the Esterel coast from Cannes to Théoule and lies in an elevated position above the mimosa exporting capital of Mandelieu. In early Spring the hillsides all around this area are vibrant yellow with mimosa blossom. The villa has unrestricted views of the coast and on a clear day can even encompass Corsica beyond the bay of Cannes and the Isles de Lérins. |
| The villa has been recently constructed to sleep 8 comfortably in 5 bedrooms. The master bedroom has double bed with en suite bathroom with lowered bath and balneo spa system. Views from the bedroom are over the bay. A wrought iron staircase leads to a mezzanine lounge area off which is a fifth bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom. Three other bedrooms are on the upper floor, two with twin beds and a third with bunk beds. These other bedrooms share the facilities of a family bathroom and separate W.C. |
| On the ground floor there is a very large salon with dining area floored in Pierre de Bourgogne. Aspects from this main living area are panoramic across the lost-edge pool to the coast and bay. A terrace runs the full length of the salon where it is a superb place to dine out and take in the views under the shade afforded by the large sun blinds. |
| The kitchen is open plan, fully equipped with American fridge, microwave, oven and dishwasher. There is a separate utility room with washing machine and ironing facilities. To the rear of the kitchen is a cool area for summer breakfasts with barbecue and electric hob. |
Parking is for 2+ cars up a private driveway. Our comment is that the view tells it all and you will not need to go far afield to have a superbly relaxing holiday in Les Mimosas.
