This villa is situated just outside the village of Valbonne and offers beautiful views of the mountains beyond the medieval village with its lovely boutiques and a large variety of restaurants. You will enjoy sitting outside, in one of the little streets or in the main square. Local shops are plentiful and of very good quality
The villa itself, which is built on two different levels, has been entirely renovated and tastefully decorated. You enter the villa via steps coming into a porch. From the hall there is access to the spacious and light open living area on the right hand side and a Provençal blue/yellow tiled kitchen with dining facilities on the left hand side. The sitting area is around an open fireplace and has dining facilities as well. Large sliding doors open onto a terrace and the garden. There are views of the mountains as well as the surrounding olive orchards from all windows. TV and hi-fi system available. The newly fitted kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge with freezer compartment. Washing machine and dryer downstairs.
On the upper floor are three bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own adjacent bath and/or shower room, with washbasin and toilet. In the first sleeping area, adjacent to the living area the couch can be converted into a double bed. The two other bedrooms each have a double bed of 1.60 x 1.90 and cupboards.
Steps in the hall lead downstairs towards the fourth and the fifth bedroom. The fourth bedroom has large double bed of 1.80 x 2.00, a cupboard and a adjacent shower room with washbasin. The fifth bedroom has a double bed of 1.60 x 1.90 and a cupboard. Separate shower with W.C. and washbasin which also serves as a shower room for guests having used the swimming pool.
The garden surrounds the whole villa with different levels and shady corners under old pine trees. Large swimming pool.
This villa is an ideal place for a family holiday in the beautiful surroundings of Valbonne with its summer festivities and weekly markets. Golf, horse riding and tennis are all within 10 mins drive.
