| Within walking distance of the internationally renowned Cannes-Mougins Golf Club, this pretty and attractive villa is situated on a private Domaine of similarly designed villas all with their own pools and private gardens. Villa Colombiers is also only a short distance from the village of Mougins itself with its abundance of excellent restaurants and still only a short drive to Cannes and the coastline. |
| Villa Colombiers is modern in both décor and design with guest cloakroom off the entrance and opening out into a large living and dining room combined that have twin aspect French windows overlooking both the pool and garden. Outside there is a large paved terrace with sun loungers, outdoor dining furniture and barbecue. |
The kitchen is light with high gloss white units, granite effect worktop, breakfast table and incorporates dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, micro-wave and tumble dryer. There is also satellite TV, video and a radio/CD player. The owners leave children’s games and also a table football for the use of guests.

The master bedroom is on the ground floor with en suite bathroom. There are three further bedrooms on the first floor, two of which are double and the third a twin for children. These three bedrooms share the facilities of the family bathroom and a separate W.C.. This is a competitively priced villa, ideal for a family holiday, within easy each of all amenities and maintained impeccably.
