| The villa is situated in a delightful wooded Domaine with a stream weaving its way down one side of the property. (Access is gated for children's safety.) There is direct access to many country walks and it is only a short distance from the National Park of the Valmasque. The gardens of the villa are mainly grassed around the villa and flat making it a very suitable villa for a family with children, particularly as the pool is also enclosed. The picturesque village of Mougins is a few minutes' drive away and access to the autoroute makes sight-seeing and travelling to St Tropez or Monaco extremely easy. There are also many excellent quality golf courses in the area |

| The villa is a mixture of modern design, somewhat Scandinavian in design with only one level, L-shaped, and with a long sloping roof and pine-clad ceilings to the living areas. The salon and dining area are quite spacious and have windows overlooking the pool and garden where there is a terrace to dine out. Kitchen is fully fitted with a breakfast bar and all appliances including dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, electric oven and hob. |
