| A beautiful villa that is so exquisitely renovated, furnished and decorated that it is a pleasure to be able to offer such a unique property at such a reasonable market rate. There has been no expense spare don everything throughout the villa and it is the ultimate in luxury. |
| Overlooking the bay of Miramar, Figuerette just below one of the top designer’s villas, Villa Samira, has unrivalled views with full southerly exposure. A somewhat steep drive leads up to the villa where there is parking for 2-3 cars. Pool is below the villa with lost-edge giving the effect that you swim next to the Mediterranean. |
| Terraces to both the rear of the villa and to the front where in summer there is an extendable blind over the Thai exterior lounge. Ground floor has superb salon with multiple cushioned sofas, elegant dining table, central cheminée fireplace with study/sitting area behind. This opens out onto the large covered terrace with eastern furnishings. Off the salon is a guest suite with double bedroom en suite shower room and W.C. and also a separate small lounge/coffee area with access to the front terrace. |
| On the lower floor is the master bedroom with inviting 4 poster bed, and en suite bathroom with unusual large open window so that you can soak up the sun, the sea as well as the foam bath while looking through a picture window. Unusual and indulgent. Adjacent there is a large dressing area or walk-in wardrobe. Totally independent from the rest of the villa. |
| Third separate suite is a twin bedded room with en suite bathroom in jasmine. No less luxurious than the other two rooms. Taking the kitchen into view, this is a gastronomer’s delight with every utensil thinkable, new appliances, access to communicate with people sipping aperitifs in the salon and so convivial. |
In truth, Villa Samira almost too good to let...careful and trusting clients only please.
