Recently constructed, Villa Paradis has all the advantages of new fittings, uncluttered space and yet still with charm and character from the unusual furnishings, some from Morocco and many hand-cast pieces of unique wrought-iron. Villa Paradis is just on the outskirts of Vence where there is a medieval walled 'cité' and close by other perched medieval villages such as St Paul de Vence and Tourrettes sur Loup. Sight-seeing in the area reveals spectacular views along the Gorge du Loup. Within easy access to Nice, Cannes and the whole of the Côte d’Azur, the villa provides comfortable living, peaceful surroundings, unrestricted views and good accessibility.
Largely open plan on the main living area, there is a very spacious salon with full width patio windows opening onto the pool terrace directly in front of the villa. (The pool is large and rectangular measuring 14 x 5 metres.) French satellite TV, CD and DVD. New kitchen with maple wood and stainless steel fitments. Gas oven, hob, dishwasher, micro-wave, fridge.
