| An individual luxury villa in a tranquil setting overlooking the Bay of Théoule There is a superb lost-edge pool and excellent sea views from both the upper lounge terrace or the lower pool terrace. |
| The villa is air-conditioned and has been built and furnished to a very high specification. Under floor heating is also available (if needed). |
| The villa has all-day long sun and is approached up a sloping driveway, through automatic gates to the garage level and small forecourt sufficient for two cars. |
| A sweeping stone stairway leads to the main entrance of the villa where there is a covered terrace next to the pool. On the lower floor entering the villa there are two bedrooms furnished with highly-lacquered David Lange furniture, both identical, one in peach and the other in white with twin beds, bedside drawer tables and mirror-fronted wardrobes. Both of these bedrooms have direct access to the pool terrace. Opposite the two bedrooms there is a large bathroom with double vanity unit and W.C. and a further separate shower room with basin. There is a second, separate W.C. Laundry room on this floor with a sink, Whirlpool washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. Storage room off the hallway. |
| All floors are terra cotta and a tiled stairway leads to the main living level where there is a well fitted kitchen, an American fridge/freezer with ice maker, ceramic halogen hob, electric oven and dishwasher. Units are highly lacquered in white with pre-formed granite effect work tops. Cutlery and crockery are all coordinated and very good quality. A double bedroom on this floor has David Lange ivory lacquered furniture, adjacent bathroom with W.C., basin and bath in toning colours. This master bedroom has direct access to upper terrace, with stunning sea views. |
| The living room is quite luxurious with pale cream angled sofa unit, glass-topped occasional table with stone supports, T.V., Digital Satellite, DVD player, video, hi-fi, rectangular glass dining table with stone base and beige upholstered Louis chairs for 8. Mirrors behind a glass étagère allow unusual reflections and open up the villa. |
| There is also a mezzanine level above the lounge. Off the mezzanine level there is a fourth bedroom with a super king sized bed and en-suite shower room with W.C. The mezzanine level can also be used as a fifth bedroom with a double sofa bed. The mezzanine also has a large desk, fax/copying machine and telephone point for internet access. This area can be used as a bedroom, study or second sitting room with modern cushioned white-shadowed rotin armchairs and chaise longue, television and video player. |
There is a BBQ area and outdoor dining terrace with a large mosaic table and wrought iron chairs. Outdoor furnishings, gas BBQ etc., complement the standard of the villa.
