A perfect villa for a family holiday situated in a private and secure Domaine. The Domaine offers 3 tennis courts, a children’s playground, and an Olympic-sized pool. The villa also has its own pool of 9 x 5m. The well laid out garden overlooks the forested valleys towards Nice. Several terraces around the villa with dining or sitting facilities. The villa has four bedrooms. The two bedrooms on the first level each have a double bed and large cupboards. One bedroom has an adjacent bathroom; washbasin and toilet. The other bedroom has its own shower with washbasin and comes out onto the pool area.
The bedrooms on the second floor each have a double bed and cupboards. Separate shower with toilet and washbasin. More storage room in the hall.

The living with two comfortable pastel-coloured sofas opens to the pool area on one side and the covered terrace on the other side. TV with satellite, Hi-fi music system. Round dining table between the living and open kitchen area.
Separate toilet in the hall. Washing machine in the closed garage. Excellent accommodation on a secure Domaine just outside Valbonne and with an 'almost' private tennis court as there are three within 200 metres from the villa that can be booked daily.
