| A recently re-furbished villa that is situated in a quiet lane on the hillside of Mandelieu, only 10 kilometres from Cannes and with superb views over the bay of Cannes and the Esterel coastline. The villa has four bedrooms that can accommodate up to 8 people with the emphasis on family occupation. There are two double bedrooms, one the master suite with picture window overlooking the bay and en suite bathroom and dressing area the second with double with en suite shower and adjacent W.C., the third has 2 single beds and the fourth pretty bunks. There is also a shared adjacent bathroom for bedrooms 3 and 4. |
| The ground floor has a large entrance hall that is open to the sitting area and large conservatory extension that has floor length windows so as not to detract from the views. At the side of the conservatory there is an outdoor dining area with canvas awning to give shade. At only a few metres from the house there is an almost kidney-shaped pool with step entrance to the shallow end, a raised terrace for further dining areas and permanent barbecue. |
| The grounds are on a sloping site with only a small play area for children on flat grass. There are several areas where there are steps down to the villa and pool and parking internally is on the sloping drive or external to the garden in a parking space for 2 cars. |
Amenities locally are excellent with large hypermarket, artisanal shops, many restaurants featuring speciality menus, easy access to local beaches with water sports and only a few minutes from the autoroute to give access to sites further afield such as Nice, Monte Carlo, the Luberon, the perched inland villages and even the market in Ventimiglia, Northern Italy on a Friday morning.
