With three twin or double bedrooms the villa is ideal for 6 people. Two bedrooms are on the upper entrance floor sharing facilities of a bathroom and the third is on the lower pool terrace level where there is shower room en suite to the Master bedroom. The layout of the house is such that you enter at the rear to the upper level from the paved courtyard where parking is behind wooden gates to the property. There are two bedrooms here, one twin and a second double, although the beds in this room can be separated to provide another twin room if necessary. Shower room and toilet also on this level. Descending to the lower level you enter the salon with comfortable blue upholstered sofa and chairs, pine dining table and chairs with access direct to the pool terrace. The kitchen is open to the living area and makes a very convivial area, well-equipped and again complementing the Provençal theme. Access also to the pool terrace from the kitchen area. The master bedroom is off the salon and has French windows opening directly onto the pool terrace. Separate W.C. on ground floor.
There is little garden area and the terrace at the front of the villa has a paved dining area with teak table, chairs and parasol for shade. The pool is rectangular with steps and measures approximately 9 x 4.5 metres
The villa is on a domaine of individual houses in the hills behind the Estérel coast overlooking the Esterel hills and about 5 kilometres from Mandelieu/La Napoule where there are sandy beaches, excellent restaurants and good shopping facilities.
