| A cottage-style villa that has all the advantages of being within walking distance of the beach, shops, restaurants and local transport services that are all so convenient in La Napoule. Being in a slightly elevated position, the sea views reach across to Cannes and there is a large 1500m² garden that benefits from all day long uninterrupted sunshine. |
| The pool is 11 metres long, in a free-form design with beach entrance (gradual sloping entry ideal for small children). The garden has varying levels of grassed terraces, completely secure and with a graveled courtyard outside the kitchen entrance where there is a barbecue and old fig tree providing shade for summer dining. |
| There are two bedrooms in the main house, one double with French windows to the terrace with sea views, the other with twin singles overlooking the Estérel hills, Main bathroom has bath, separate shower cubicle, twin vanity bowls and W.C. There is also a second W.C. with hand basin. The salon has a large feature Provençal fireplace. A separate annexe has twin beds and a sofa bed with en suite shower room. Separate laundry room adjacent. |

This is an ideal villa for a family holiday with every amenity close at hand. There is a local small weekly market in the central parking area, some excellent restaurants in the Place de la Fontaine, such as the San Peyre and the Pomme d'Amour, or try René's cuisine for something special at La Mandarine. Beautifully maintained garden is a delight.
