| A recently-built villa situated on the slope above the sandy crescent bay of Miramar/La Figuerette and approximately 20 kilometres from Cannes. With four double bedrooms, two bathrooms and one shower room, the villa is tastefully presented villa with all modern conveniences. |
| Nestling on the side of the hill in a sheltered corner, Villa La Veronèse has sun almost all day long on various sections of the garden. Electric Barbecue on the upper terrace and sun-bathing flagged areas around the pool. |
| On the ground floor there is a salon with open American kitchen in white with dishwasher, large American fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob, micro-wave. Salon is small with sofa, dining table and chairs and access to a terrace overlooking the pool with dining area for 6+. TV with TPS giving international channels. |
| On the same floor is a double bedroom with en suite bathroom as well as guest cloakroom and utility room with washing machine. On the floor below there is a super double bedroom with en suite bathroom opening out onto the pool terrace directly. On the floor above the salon are two further bedrooms: one with a 120cms. bed and the other with a 140 cms. bed. Both have wardrobes. These two bedrooms share the facilities of a shower room, with basin and W.C. |
| Locally there is one general store, Le Trayas train station within walking distance as well as the local beach and numerous good restaurants in the bay. The area verges on the National Park of the Esterel, where there are unlimited walking and mountain biking trails through the red rock hillsides. For such quality and precision to detail, the villa is very reasonably priced. |
