Ideally located at the edge of the medieval village of Valbonne with its authentic cobbled streets, craft shops and myriad of restaurants, Villa Peyrebelle accommodates 4 guests in comfortable, modern surroundings.
The property is maintained to the highest of standards and offers a sitting room/dining room with direct access to a newly constructed, covered terrace from which the splendid views can be enjoyed. There is a TV corner leading to a dressing room for the master, double bedroom with its own en suite bathroom. This bedroom has direct access to the garden and swimming pool.
The second bedroom can be used as a double or twin-bedded room and contains two comfortable sofa beds. It also has access to the garden via French windows and has its own en suite shower room. There is a separate W.C. in the entrance hall and leading from the dining room is a fully-equipped, modern kitchen with access to the garden.
The property is protected by an alarm system, there is ample parking for several cars and a barbecue is available to guests. A rare find and early bookings are advisable.
