| Certainly a villa with a view, stretching from Nice to the Baie des Anges on the coast and across to the Esterel hills, somewhat fairy tale with the lights in the evening...Villa Bellavista has a dominant position in the heights of Super Antibes where there are many large villas in a residential area that has easy access to the motorway network close by and the Carrefour commercial centre. There is a bus service close by the villa to the centre of Antibes, but a car is recommended. |
| Sleeping up to 10 in total, there are 4 bedrooms in the upper part of the villa: one double on the main living level with adjacent bathroom and W.C., and three on the upper floor. Here two double bedrooms have their own access to the south-facing balcony with far-reaching views to the coast and the third bedroom is a bunk bedded room also with window with sea view aspect. One of the double bedrooms has an en suite shower and hand basin. Separate W.C. on the upper floor and family bathroom with shower over the bath. |
| The living and dining area are on two slightly different levels. Lemon and cream leather sofas and chairs, occasional furniture, TPS satellite channels, double French windows to terrace overlooking the pool. Dining area with wrought-iron and glass topped table and seating for up to 8 internally. Dining area also has French window to the upper terrace where there is a superb covered dining area with views to the coast. Teak table and chairs externally. Kitchen is adjacent to both dining areas inside and out and is fitted with high gloss white units and granite worktop. Oven, hob, micro-wave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Washing machine is on the garage level in a utility area. |
| Internal staircase to both the upper bedroom and also down to lower level where there is an independent apartment with double bedroom (plus a single bed for a child) shower room with W.C. and salon and open kitchen with patio windows opening onto the pool terrace where there is also a dining area and permanent brick barbecue and pizza oven. |
| Set in 3000m² of grounds the Villa Bellavista is accessed by a curving cobbled driveway by electrically operated gates. Sufficient parking at the top of the drive for 3 cars. Gardens are mainly lawned to the rear where it is safe for children, shrubs and trees planted for shade both behind and on the slope in front of the villa. Ornamental statue in a water feature. |
