A private driveway leads to the secluded Villa des Pins set in very large grounds with open views to the hilly landscape around the Grasse area. Most of the grounds are lawned and flat making the whole garden a safe play area for children. Boules area. Large free-form pool in front of the villa with shallow beach entrance. Large pines, oleander and conifers border the rear of the garden and the villa is not overlooked.
The actual house is an unusual layout with the main section having large salon/dining room, kitchen, hallway, cloakroom W.C. and two bedrooms one double, one twin and a shared bathroom with W.C. These rooms are all ground level and both bedrooms have access via French windows to the garden. The double bedroom has a dressing alcove suitable for a child’s bed or cot. From the salon there is access to a large covered dining terrace with teak furniture. The kitchen is newly fitted with pale honey-coloured units, oven, gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer.
An individual staircase accessed from the salon leads to a further double bedroom with en suite shower room and W.C. This bedroom has a balcony overlooking the valley below and hills beyond. Linked to the main house is an independent cottage with its own entrance, two bedrooms, one with bunks and the other with double bed. Shower room with W.C. and compact living area with kitchenette housing, oven, fridge and sink.
The whole villa has recently been renovated by the current owners who have installed the pool and landscaped the garden. An extremely spacious property ideal for two families, sleeping 10 in total plus baby. The area is quiet and rural but with easy access to the village of Peymeinade, the town of Grasse and the coastal resorts of Cannes, Antibes and La Napoule or inland to benefit from the extensive lake of St Cassien where there are pedaloes and canoes, picnic areas, restaurants and beaches too.
