| Villa Claire is a delightful villa that is well within walking distance of approximately 8 minutes from Mougins village with all its local artisanal shops, superb restaurants and local commerce. The villa is situated in a rather prestigious area of Mougins in the Pibonson area and is very close to the renowned Mougins golf course. Equally it is well suited for a family with independent teenagers who can walk into the village itself. Mougins is a village well known for its connexions with artists such as Picasso and the impressionists and there are many local galleries as well as an abundance of really excellent restaurants that are too numerous to mention but personally all of which can be recommended! |
| The owners of the villa request no pets and no smoking in the bedrooms. There are 4 bedrooms sleeping 8 in total: one on the ground floor has a single and a folding bed, more suitable for 2 children; vanity unit in the bedroom. There is a separate W.C. and basin on the ground floor. On the upper floor there are three further bedrooms, one with twin beds and views to Cannes and the sea, a second with double bed and shower room with double vanity unit. There is a separate W.C. adjacent. The main bedroom has double bed, shower room + W.C. en suite with twin bowls, dressing room and air conditioning if required with vies as the twin bedroom. |
| The living area is really open and light with formal polished oval dining table and lemon covered chairs, combining with a spacious relaxing/sitting area with comfortable and contrasting cornflower blue sofas and easy chairs. All the living room windows overlook the pool and terrace. The white kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, electric oven, combination gas and electric hob, dishwasher and adjacent utility room with washer and dryer. |
Fenced garden and flat play areas make this a child-friendly villa although the pool is not fenced. A covered terrace overlooking the pool and benefiting from verdant views completes the tranquility of this lovely villa. Secure behind remote controlled gates, large drive and parking for 4+ cars, the villa provides a quality villa, a conveniently situated home-from-home and a secluded holiday haven in a sought-after area.
