| This villa is situated just outside Vence and at 10 mins. drive from St. Paul de Vence with its famous restaurants, jeu-de-boules court and Art galleries. It has a splendid view over the hills towards the mountains. The villa lies in a very calm residential area and has its own private grounds with automatic gates and large private pool . The garden is immaculately maintained and has one of the most beautiful rose gardens with different type of roses. One part of the garden has a romantic gazebo covered with climbing rose hubs for outside tea or breakfast in the shade. There is a separate terrace around the stone built BBQ with quality teak furniture for outside dining. A covered terrace all along the front side of the villa with nice furnishings and flower pots. |
| The villa itself is built on two levels. The main entrance door gives access to a hall with access via French doors to the living room on one side and the hall to the bedrooms on the other side. The whole villa is furnished with great taste: a combination of antique and provençal furniture and modern equipment. The living room has a sitting area with comfortable sofa’s and chairs around an open fire place with a TV with satellite and music system. On the other side is a large wooden dining table that seats 6 people with access to the covered veranda and garden. The kitchen is open to the living room with white units and fully equipped with fridge/freezer, coffee machine, microwave, electric oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob and a washing machine and another fridge/freezer in the adjacent utility room. |
| On the same floor there are two bedrooms, each with a double bed. They share a bathroom There is also a study that can be made in another bedroom with single bed. On the upper floor there is another bedroom with a large comfortable single bed and nice views over the garden. |
