Situated on the top of the hills high above Mandelieu/ Cannes, this newly renovated Florentine villa offers exquisite tranquility, privacy and a breath-taking panoramic view over the Mediterranean, the Esterel mountains and the Alpes Maritimes towards Italy.
The villa has a magnificent pool with flow-over edge facing due south and a large terraced garden with palm, olive and fruit trees. All principal windows from the salon, kitchen and two of the bedroom of the villa face out onto the pool.
The villa is on three levels. On the main ground level there is a beautiful entrance hall leading into a spacious salon and dining area with large patio windows opening onto the pool terrace. Adjacent to the dining area is a well-equipped kitchen in Provençal style (de Tonge) and this has sliding glass doors with balustrade all round so that the views of the surrounding hillside of Grasse is clearly visible. There is also direct access from the kitchen to the pool terrace. Temperature-controlled wine cellar.
On the ground level there are two bedrooms, one double with en suite bathroom and 2 x 2m bed and direct access to the pool terrace. There is a smaller bedroom next to this double bedroom also with double bed and access to the garden. Separate guest W.C. Shower room.
A staircase leads up to the master bedroom which again has a 2 x 2m bed, en suite bathroom and open sun terrace overlooking the pool and the panoramic vista beyond.
On the garden level accessed by an internal staircase is a separate apartment with an American kitchen, large living and dining area with twin convertible sofas if guests wish to sleep separately. Flat screen TV on the wall and study area. There are also two further double bedrooms, a shower room and a bathroom. A separate laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Again from the apartment there is direct external access to the pool terrace. The villa offers an exceptional relaxing atmosphere with a combination of stunning beauty, private tranquility and the enchanting Mediterranean feeling.
