Quite a superb architect-designed villa, private and secluded yet within easy reach of Mandelieu's shops and restaurants, places of interest and the beaches.There is tennis available locally in the residential park that has over 8 kilometres of unspoilt walks for the energetic.
The layout of the villa is extremely practical. From the entrance hall at the rear of the villa, there is an opening to a lovely through lounge, decorated in pale apple green that looks out over the pool. There is also a side terrace from the lounge.The dining area, with marble table, is off the lounge and this has a doorway leading out to a central open covered outdoor dining area, cool and shady in the summer. Possibility of 2 telephone lines, TV with satellite. The kitchen is fully equipped with integral appliances, well-planned and lacking nothing. Here there is a double bed, living area and kitchenette, all self-contained for 2, or there is the possibility of putting in 1-2 extra divans for children. There is also a covered terrace on the level of the pool with table tennis table. The oval pool benefits from sun all day long.
