| Villa Le Citronnier - the accommodation |
A deceptively spacious villa that can accommodate up to 9 people situated in between La Gaude and Cagnes sur Mer on the coast and just a very short drive from the airport. Le Citronnier is an unusual design in that it is built around a central courtyard with a flourishing lemon tree in the centre. The accommodation is on several different levels making it easy for clients to find a quiet corner if necessary.

| On entering the villa there is a split level lounge with sitting areas around a cheminée and an open area with views to the garden and pool. The dining area is separate and adjacent to the kitchen. |
The kitchen is traditional in style with oak fronted units but with every appliance possible including fridge, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, grill, fish griddle and halogen hob. There is a freezer in an adjacent store room, washing machine and tumble dryer.

| Sleeping accommodation is variable with two double rooms with en suite facilities and two other bedrooms on the lower pool level floor with a central play room/sitting area. Here the sleeping arrangements are flexible so that 5 beds can be organised according to the requests of the clients. On the lower floor there is also a separate W.C. and a W.C. and bathroom. If the playroom area is not used for sleeping there is a bar football table in the centre of the room and also a table tennis table outside near the summer kitchen. |
There are three TV’s, 2 videos and 2 English channels through cable. Within walking distance and of great interest to any teenagers or youngsters in the party, there is the Sun Loisirs leisure centre that provides a large pool, tennis, squash, paddle tennis, gym, billiards, mountain bikes, a bar and a restaurant. Coaching can be arranged here for any of the sports and fitness. A really spacious and well presented villa with entertainment for younger ones at hand, close to the coast and airport and still retaining the peace of an inland villa.
