With beautiful and far reaching views, this lovely villa is situated just outside the lively and medieval village of Valbonne which is only 5 mins’ drive away. Valbonne is well known for its numerous restaurants, terraces, shops and boutiques. There is a weekly market every Friday morning and a brocante antique market the first Sunday of each month.
The villa is in a prestigious and secure domain with a caretaker at the automatic gates. Next to the villa are three tennis courts free to use and a little further there is an Olympic-sized shared pool with surveillance during the high season period. Ideal for youngsters to meet others of similar ages.
