| With beautiful and far reaching views, this lovely villa is situated just outside the lively and medieval village of Valbonne which is only 5 mins’ drive away. Valbonne is well known for its numerous restaurants, terraces, shops and boutiques. There is a weekly market every Friday morning and a brocante antique market the first Sunday of each month. |
| The villa is in a prestigious and secure domain with a caretaker at the automatic gates. Next to the villa are three tennis courts free to use and a little further there is an Olympic-sized shared pool with surveillance during the high season period. Ideal for youngsters to meet others of similar ages. |
| The villa itself is built on two levels. From the entrance hall French windows open onto the very large living room of 70 m2. The living room has a comfortable sitting area around an open fire-place and another sitting area that can serve as TV corner. TV with satellite system. HI Fi stereo music system. A large wooden dining table delineates the dining area, with another open fire place. Open, fully-equipped kitchen in green colours with a wooden work top. Gas hob, American fridge with freezer, dishwasher, espresso machine, microwave, electric oven. Next to the kitchen is a utility room with washing machine, clothes dryer and another fridge with freezer. |

| Both the kitchen and the living room have several terrace doors that open onto the vast covered terrace with large wooden dining table and spacious comfortable sitting area with rattan couches and matching armchairs with cushions. |
| Stairs in the hall lead to the upper floor with 5 bedrooms. Four spacious bedrooms with floor to ceiling cupboards and king size double beds. One bedroom that serves as a dormitory with 8 single beds, ideal for lots of children. On this floor is a bathroom with bath and washbasin, and a shower room with washbasin and toilet.
