| An opportunity to spend a summer vacation in the permanent home of a family where there is a safe pool for children (it being fenced), and a large garden for them to play in while adults can relax in the sun and enjoy the peace and calm of this villa and the surrounding area. Within a very short drive to Mougins, Cannes and the actual village of Mouans-Sartoux, it is truly a villa for a wonderful holiday. |
| The interior has been much renovated by the owners and the salon is drag-washed in Provençal colours with tasteful co-ordinating furnishings in gold and rust. There is a separate lounge for children to get away from parents in the T.V. room off the kitchen with comfortable sofas. With adult clients, this room could double as a study/library. |
| Cloakroom with W.C. on lower level. Double bedroom with en suite shower room, double bedroom with en suite bathroom and dressing room. On the upper level there are two single bedrooms. These bedrooms share the facility of a bathroom on the upper floor with hand-held shower and separate W.C. There is ample parking within the grounds. Outside lounging area under covered verandah with sofas and dining furniture. Telephone available if requested. |
