Situated in the Parc des Chênes Verts, Villa Ondine has a large flat garden with a pool measuring 5 x 10 metres with fencing around for safety. The garden is well-maintained and is not overlooked with all day long sunshine. Both the beach and the tennis at Le Provençal are only 5 minutes walk away.
The villa is on two floors with external access to the upper floor, making the villa ideal for two families who wish to holiday together but also have their own space. The ground floor sleeping 4, has 2 bedrooms each with twin beds. There are two shower rooms and a separate W.C. Large living room with open kitchen and dining area. TV with satellite channels or cable.
The upper floor can sleep 6 in 1 double and 2 twin bedrooms. Again there is a large living area, with dining table and sofas, open kitchen. Bathroom, shower room and separate W.C. TV and Hi-Fi. Terrace outside where people can eat separately or below under the cooler shade of the pergola.
Both kitchens are equipped with electric oven, dishwasher, freezer, fridge, grill, microwave and washing machine.
The villa is very suitable for families with children and pets are also welcome. Having a flat garden and lower storey with ground floor bedrooms, the villa is also suitable for wheelchairs.
Local activities available are cycling, diving, fishing, golf, horse riding, mountain biking, swimming, tennis, water-skiing and wind-surfing. With Juan les Pins close by there is ample nightlife and entertainment. Italy is only a couple of hours’ drive, Cannes is approximately 10 mins. drive and Antibes with its historic old town and Picasso museum closer still. Centrally situated yet in a quiet area surrounded with mature trees within the Parc.
