| An immaculately presented villa in a residential area only 5 minutes walk to the centre of Valbonne village. Valbonne is a picturesque village within easy access of the coast, motorway and all the sights of the Côte d'Azur. The central square is a lively gathering place where there are many live events during the summer and there is also the Salle des Fêtes for concerts and the large parking area close by where there are often antique fairs or travelling circuses. Restaurants in the village are excellent and are found at every turn in the medieval sector. Local shops are plentiful and very good quality. |
| The villa Marie-Galante is situated off the Chemin de Peyniblou, in neat well-ordered gardens with secure hedging and fence. The garden is mainly lawned or paved, with a pool adjacent to the villa with jacuzzi section and jet to swim against. Plentiful outdoor furniture for dining out and sun-bathing. Parking for 2+ cars |
| Inside, the villa is pristine. There are two double bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with twin singles. Additional guests or those wanting to sleep separately, can be accommodated on the mezzanine level above the salon where there is a study area with a convertible sofa. |
| There is one main bathroom with shower over the bath and a separate W.C. The main living area is open from the lower level of the salon with satellite T.V., sofas and occasional furniture to the slightly raised dining area on the same higher level as the kitchen. The kitchen is newly -fitted with oven, dishwasher, hob and micro-wave as well as washing machine. |
| In all, the villa is ideal for a small family at a realistic price or for adults who appreciate the quality of the furnishings, the privacy of the garden and the proximity to such a cultural and traditional centre as Valbonne. Capacity is for 4 adults maximum or 2 adults and 3/4 children. |
