| Hidden away in a very quiet part of Mandelieu and surrounded by other unintrusive villas, Villa des Pins has the advantage of ‘being off the beaten track’ yet within ‘striking distance’ of Mandelieu centre, Cannes, beaches in La Napoule and all the internal network from the motorway to see all the intriguing sites of the Côte d’Azur. The villa is fairly new and as such may not be rendered on the grey exterior walls for this season although everything else internally, garden etc. is complete. |
| Access via remote-controlled gates to gravelled driveway to the main entrance to the villa. Garage and utility room with washer and extra fridge adjacent to the garage. On this lower level there is a suite of rooms comprising a double bedroom with shower room and W.C. as well as another smaller bedroom with single bed suitable for a child wanting to be next to the parents’ bedroom. This room called also be used as a dressing room. |
| On the upper floor there is a guest cloakroom and W.C. and then after the upper vestibule you enter into a very large living space with salon , kitchen and dining area. Off the salon is a doorway that leads to two double bedrooms either side of a shared bathroom with W.C. These are normally used by the owners’ two teenage sons and youthful decoration of posters will be removed prior to rentals so that both of these rooms are suitable for couples or as now a young persons domain! |
| Also on the same floor is the main bedroom with its own en suite facilities and patio window onto the pool terrace. Both the salon and the kitchen also have access to the pool terrace via large sliding windows. Dining area is split from the kitchen by a high bar and the kitchen is granite work tops, high quality units and appliances with chestnut wood unit façade. |
| Terrace externally under tiled verandah at the side of the pool.. The area around the pool is lawned, and fairly flat and via the side of the villa it is possible to have wheelchair access as the lawn is sloped from the lower level up to the pool level and all of the main living area and pool are flat. |
