| A unique and spacious villa situated in Super Cannes with extensive views across to Le Suquet. Built in an elevated position on three levels, this is the ideal villa for entertaining; with terraces surrounding the upper level from the main living area, the lower level from a second lounge and extending to the raised dining terrace overlooking the 16 metre pool and the lower sun-bathing terraces. |
| On the upper floor there is one main double bedroom with en suite bathroom and W.C, Kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave...access to a rear terrace from the kitchen. The main salon slightly semi-circular, extends across the front of the villa with dining table and chairs, sofas and occasional furniture. Sky satellite T.V.with 42 inch plasma screen with DVD surround sound.
