Villa Claire is a delightful villa that is well within walking distance of approximately 8 minutes from Mougins village with all its local artisanal shops, superb restaurants and local commerce. The villa is situated in a rather prestigious area of Mougins in the Pibonson area and is very close to the renowned Mougins golf course. Equally it is well suited for a family with independent teenagers who can walk into the village itself. Mougins is a village well known for its connexions with artists such as Picasso and the impressionists and there are many local galleries as well as an abundance of really excellent restaurants that are too numerous to mention but personally all of which can be recommended!

The villa is situated in a delightful wooded Domaine with a stream weaving its way down one side of the property. (Access is gated for children's safety.) There is direct access to many country walks and it is only a short distance from the National Park of the Valmasque. The gardens of the villa are mainly grassed around the villa and flat making it a very suitable villa for a family with children, particularly as the pool is also enclosed. The picturesque village of Mougins is a few minutes' drive away and access to the autoroute makes sight-seeing and travelling to St Tropez or Monaco extremely easy. There are also many excellent quality golf courses in the area
