There's a terrace to the rear with a paved patio area accessed from the cul de sac. Lavender is on the first floor and has the advantage of a rear shaded balcony. | Being within walking distance of the beach, Juan les Pins centre, shops and restaurants, these two apartments make an ideal combination when let together for two smaller families holidaying as friends. Parking is on the road near the Jardins de Pauline, but a car is not essential in this area as there is local public transport and an excellent train service within walking distance. The beaches are sandy and also withing 400 metres of either apartment. |
