If let separately from Lavender then the garden and front terrace are private. Slightly more spacious than Lavender with open plan kitchen and salon, accessed from the cul de sac directly with covered terrace and small bijou garden.
Being within walking distance of the beach, Juan les Pins centre, shops and restaurants, these two apartments make an ideal combination when let together for two smaller families holidaying as friends. Parking is on the road near the Jardins de Pauline, but a car is not essential in this area as there is local public transport and an excellent train service within walking distance. The beaches are sandy and also withing 400 metres of either apartment.
