| A superb, newly-renovated 'maison de ville' in the heart of Juan les Pins in a very quiet cul de sac, but within walking distance of the buzzing town of Juan les Pins and all that it has to offer……….golden beaches, wonderful boutiques, excellent restaurants, jazz and culture, nightlife and chic living. The villa can be let as a whole property subject to availability or as two independent apartments whereby the villa is shared. |
Olive (A86) apartment has two bedrooms : one a single wih open ‘air-space’ to the salon and a second double bedroom. Both share a shower room and WC separate. Terrace to the rear where there is a paved patio area accessed from the cul de sac. Lavender is on the first floor and has the advantage of a rear shaded balcony. The kitchen is rather exceptional and a little space-age in concept. Light furnishings in the salon, cool and airy.
Apartment Lavender (A87) on the ground floor can sleep 4 people in a twin and a double bedroom. If let separately from Lavender then the garden and front terrace are private. Slightly more spacious than Lavender with open plan kitchen and salon, accessed from the cul de sac directly with covered terrace and small bijou garden. |
| Being within walking distance of the beach, centre and shops and restaurants these maybe an ideal combination when let together for two smaller families holidaying as friends. Parking is on the road near the Jardins de Pauline, but a car is not essential in this area as there is local public transport and an excellent train service within walking distance. The beaches are sandy and also withing 400 metres of either apartment. |
