This apartment is aptly named for the 180° view of the Bay of Cannes and La Napoule. Situated on the hillside overlooking Mandelieu , the Iles of Lérins and the Esterel coast, Apartment Panoramique is ideally situated for conferences in Cannes, trips to the innumerable bays and beaches along the coast as well as all the inland sights of Grasse and its perfumeries, Gourdon and the paragliders and ancient village, the perched villages of Mougins and Tourrettes sur Loup to name only 2 and further afield to the vineyards of the Luberon or towards Monte Carlo and Northern Italy.
With two bedrooms, one twin and the other double, the apartment sleeps 4 people comfortably with the added bonus of having air-conditioning for those hot summer nights on the Côte d’Azur. The Résidence has a large shared pool and underground parking in a secure garage for tenants.

The terrace is superb. Plenty of room for sunbathing on loungers provided or for dining outside to enjoy the really special and uninterrupted views.
Quiet and elevated, as well as within easy reach of the centre of Mandelieu where there are supermarkets, a huge hypermarket, restaurants and access to the motorway, the apartment is extremely good value with its new and modern equipment and air-conditioning and yet it is still within very easy reach of all the facilities that the area has to offer.
