| A new apartment with two bedrooms, one double one twin, and additional accommodation in the living area. Air-conditioned throughout and with the freshness of a new building. Being just 200 metres maximum from the beach, (one of the tenants quotes 95 paces) the apartment is ideally placed as a base for everything in Juan les Pins. You can walk to the shops, restaurants as well as the golden sandy stretches along the water front with all the interesting sights that Juan les Pins has to offer. Boutiques abound and it is a fun place particularly for the young or equally young at heart. |
| For car owners, there is an underground parking space reserved for the apartment, but there is not really not the need for a car as the station is within 10-15 minutes’ walk, bus service accessible within 150 metres and all facilities and amenities to hand. |
| Perfect! But there is a downside...the railway line that runs 50 metres from the front balcony of the apartment. No, you cannot avoid it, BUT you really barely hear it when the windows are closed and with full air conditioning, the windows need not be open to keep you cool and are best kept closed anyway. When we've been there it is not a problem. If you are on the terrace, realistically the train passes quickly and is not that intrusive. The bedrooms are to the rear of the apartment and overlook the smaller road where there is a tabac, bar etc. - French life to its maximum. We feel that for it's position, price, size and proximity to facilities, you have self-catering accommodation at a fraction of the hotel prices within the same area - and apartments in Juan les Pins are at a premium price commodity! |
| The two bedrooms share a shower room with basin and W.C. Access by wheelchair is easy and the apartment is equipped with a slightly lower breakfast/eating bar in the salon to accommodate this wheelchair users. The kitchen area is open to the salon and all appliances are new. Fully equipped, open and quite spacious. Ideal for a small family with beach in mind or for young couples wanting to chill out and relax. The wind-surfing school is within 100 metres from the apartment. Value for money considering it's newness and location. |
