A large ground floor apartment newly built on the prestigious development of the Grand Parc in Cannes. Within easy access down to the centre of Cannes, the apartment is ideally situated for those attending conferences and Festivals as well as for relaxing holidays. The development comprises both villas and apartments with parking areas and communal swimming pool within a large enclosed park area comprising gardens, recreation areas and lawns. The apartment has a reserved parking space close to the building.

One of the main features of this particular apartment is its location in the Grand Parc, as nothing overlooks the private garden on two sides, making sun-bathing, barbecues and outdoor leisure time unique within such a domaine. Added to this the large communal pool just below the entrance to the domaine, there are all the facilities of a small villa for a family of 4 but at an apartment price.

The apartment sleeps 4 comfortably in two double bedrooms, one twin (can be made up as a double) and the other a standard double. There is the possible option of sleeping 4 people in individual beds beds by using the convertible sofa in the salon. Shower room and bathroom plus WC separate. The kitchen is fitted with honey coloured units and has an external door opening onto the rear covered terrace. Fridge/freezer, microwave, oven and grill, dishwasher, combination washer and tumble dryer are all brand new.

Being a recent prestigious development, all fittings, furnishings and appliances are of an excellent standard and this is the first year that the apartment is to be let. Quiet but convenient, immaculate the apartment is within striking distance to Cannes centre and also with access to all of the other attractions of the Côte d’Azur. Monaco is only 45 minutes’ drive, Grasse with its perfumeries, Antibes with its unique ramparts and old town, Mougins nestling on the hillside and the beautiful Esterel coast are just a few of the interesting venues to visit.
