A ground floor apartment newly built on the prestigious development of the Grand Parc in Cannes. Within easy access down to the centre of Cannes, the apartment is ideally situated for those attending conferences and Festivals as well as for relaxing holidays. The development comprises both villas and apartments with parking areas and communal swimming pool within a large enclosed park area comprising gardens, recreation areas and lawns. The apartment has a reserved parking space close to the building.

Tastefully and practically furnished, the whole atmosphere is open and light with neutral colours throughout. The bedroom has double bed, side tables, wardrobe and window looking out to the East-facing covered terrace that overlooks partial garden and walkways. Bathroom adjacent to the bedroom off entrance hallway with shower over the bath, basin and W.C.

The salon and kitchen are open plan with breakfast bar and high stools separating the two areas. White units with contrasting dark worktop. Kitchen has electric oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and micro-wave. Two modern comfortable white sofas in the salon, one of which converts to a double sofa bed to accommodate two extra people. Large TV, dining table and chairs for 4 and other occasional furniture. Full height patio window opens from both the salon and kitchen area onto the terrace where there is a further table and chairs for outdoor dining.

Being a new apartment, all furnishings and appliances are also new and this is the first year that the apartment is to be let. Quiet but convenient, immaculate and competitively priced for an apartment within striking distance to Cannes centre and also with access to all of the other attractions of the Côte d’Azur. Monaco is only 45 minutes’ drive, Grasse with its perfumeries, Antibes with its unique ramparts and old town, Mougins nestling on the hillside and the beautiful Esterel coast are just a few of the interesting venues to visit.
