The apartment is so conveniently located within walking distance of everything that la Napoule has to offer……excellent restaurants, bakeries, supermarket, local artisanal shops, the Château, very pretty marina and waterfront, sandy beaches and also within walking distance to the station so that a car here is not absolutely essential. Train service goes all the way through to Cannes, Nice and Northern Italy as well as stopping in Monte Carlo!
With three spacious bedrooms, the apartment sleeps 6 very comfortably. One bedroom with double bed has an en suite bronze and terra cotta toned bathroom and the second and third bedrooms have twin singles that can be zipped together to make 180 doubles. These have a shared adjacent pale blue shower room and second separate W.C. Bedrooms 1 and 2 open onto the side balcony with full length windows.
Salon is open to the kitchen, and with marble flooring throughout, it is spacious and airy. The salon has leather burgundy sofas, occasional furniture, TV, DVD, CD. The kitchen with dividing peninsular unit is in citrus colours of lemon and pale mandarin with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric oven, micro-wave and ceramic hob. Washing machine in shower room. Really attractive tiling on walls and worktops.
The kitchen forms and L-shape to the salon and the missing cube is the exterior dining terrace with sliding full length patio windows to open in the Spring and summer and close on the less balmy evenings. Both the salon and the dining terraces with its teak table and cushioned chairs, have sea view.
Being on the first floor there is a lift for convenience. Pedestrian gate and parking on the adjacent quiet road. Large pool is shared by the other residents and guests in the building. A really beautiful, immaculate yet welcoming apartment with the rare capacity to sleep 6 comfortably.
