A fully air-conditioned apartment on the prestigious domaine of the Grand Duc just above Mandelieu and La Napoule with views reaching to the Esterel coastline. There is a large pool on the domaine open to all to use as well as a club with a second pool and tennis for which fees are payable. Private garage available.
There are three bedrooms so that the apartment can sleep up to 6 people very comfortably. One is a double and the other two have twin beds. All are furnished to the same modern standard with very good quality beds. There is a bathroom and a separate shower room, each with a W.C.
The kitchen has honey-coloured units, again modern and light. Electric oven and hob, dishwasher, micro-wave, fridge and freezer. Washing machine. A door from the kitchen has direct access to the balcony.
The salon is large and comfortable with L-shaped rattan sofa and soft lemon cushions. Teak dining table and chairs and patio windows to a large south-facing balcony.
This is a beautiful apartment suitable for a family holiday or friends. The domaine consists of apartments and individual villas that are all built to a high standard in extensive grounds that are secure and restricted to residents only. Sports facilities are available locally and there are two golf courses nearby in Mandelieu and five in the region.
