| A superb two-bedroom apartment in the Résidence Fleur de Lys in Cannes. Furnished with a mixture of antiques, tasteful mementoes and classical pieces, the apartment is really quite sumptuous. Because of the furnishings very small children cannot be accepted. The location of the apartment is within easy access of central Cannes with its Festivals, excellent restaurants, designer shops, old port with prestigious yachts and more. |
The apartment has one double bedroom and one twin, bathroom with shower over the bath, W.C. and basin separate. The kitchen has pale grey units, with dishwasher, combination micro-wave/oven, and washer/dryer.

A sunny terrace is at the rear of the apartment where there is early morning sunshine and again mid afternoon to the evening. The rear of the building is shielded from the avenue behind with high green hedging and there is some noise from local commuters. Loungers, patio furniture, awning for outdoor dining. 2 TV’s one with satellite and one with cable.

The Fleur de Lys has beautifully landscaped and floodlit gardens, and there is an internal pool that has large patio windows open during the summer, sauna and jacuzzi. Convenient and luxury accommodation. Private secure underground parking.
