A superbly equipped and furnished apartment on the 10th floor of one of the apartment buildings overlooking Cannes Marina, with views reaching as far as Cap d'Antibes, across the Bay of Cannes and across to Théoule on the Esterel coast. Below the apartment there is an Olympic sized pool for use of the residents, manicured gardens and access to the marina. Shops and supermarket are within walking distance as well as the local beaches in La Napoule and many excellent restaurants.

There are tennis courts nearby as well as the Royal Mandelieu golf club and water sports are available at the Sweet Plage next to the Casino Hotel at the estuary of the Riou.

The apartment itself has two bedrooms, one double and the other twin, both on the north-facing elevation of the building, thus remaining cooler in the summer evening heat. There is also a small child's bed, as well as a convertible sofa in the living area. This makes the apartment comfortable for six people with a bathroom and a shower room and separate WC.

Furnishings are very modern and light with an abundance of cream soft furnishings and mirrored walls that reflect the different vistas of the magnificent views. The balcony from the salon is an ideal dining area with glass-topped table and dining chairs to enjoy the evening meal until sunset.

The kitchen is all newly fitted with white and pine-effect units, microwave electric oven, washer/dryer, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Small rear balcony off the kitchen.
