A very well appointed two-bedroomed end maisonette as spacious as an individual small villa on a select development in Miramar, 4 kilometres from Théoule and 17 kilometres from Cannes.
The entrance on the upper floor leads into a landing off which are the two bedrooms, one with twin beds and one with single bed. One of the bedrooms has access through French windows to the upper balcony, which is enclosed, and is used as a third single bedroom. Separate W.C. and bathroom with shower over bath and basin also on the upper floor. Stairs lead down to inner small hallway off which there is a second W.C. and under-stair storage.
