A luxury apartment situated in a very central position in Cannes yet surrounded by beautiful gardens that give the Résidence a very tranquil setting. Within the Résidence is a heated indoor pool, that is opened up in summer to the gardens with sun-bathing terraces. There is also a Jacuzzi and sauna for guests to use. Secure underground parking.
The apartment is extremely well furnished, having a pretty aquamarine decorated double bedroom with direct access to the large balustraded private terrace. Large mirrored wardrobes. Both the terrace and apartment are south-facing. Spacious living room with comfortable modern suite of which the sofa can be converted to a double bed if needed. Facility of phone if requested, T.V. with cable for BBC/CNN etc. Floors are all marble.
The bathroom has bath with shower over, basin and W.C., and wall-mounted hair-dryer. Also a second separate W.C. with basin. The oak kitchen is well-equipped with electric oven with integral micro-wave and hob, dishwasher and fridge/freezer.
Electrically-operated sunblind shades the terrace for dining outdoors. The patio is 35m² and has comfortable lounging and dining furniture: here guests benefit from a lovely view of the landscaped gardens, floodlit at night. A path through the gardens leads to the Av du Marechal Juin where there is a baker's for fresh croissants.
Although there is a parking space, it is not necessary to have a car at this apartment, as the Rue d'Antibes is only 5 minutes away with the beach and Croisette within easy reach.
