The apartment has two bedrooms each with two single beds that can be put together.
Each bedroom has a TV. One bedroom with adjacent bathroom with bath with shower over, bidet and twin basins and toilet. The other bedroom with an adjacent shower room with wash basin. Another W.C. is separate in the hall. Entrance hall with portable telephone that works with a telephone card.
The salon has the possibility to sleep 2 extra guests on a convertible sofa bed. There is a round dining table and chairs for in-door meals, TV with satellite, video and DVD. Access to the terrace and the garden from the salon. There is air-conditioning that can be placed in the bedroom or living area.

The centre of Cannes and the beach are just over 1 kilometre away, there are shops within walking distance and there is also one reserved underground parking space within the Residence. A bus stop right outside the gates of the Residence that brings you to the centre of Cannes in 5 mins. There are special rates for Festival and Conference periods.
