A lovely and light ground floor apartment with south-facing small garden and covered terrace in a prestigious Residence in a calm area of Cannes.
The apartment has one bedroom with large double bed. Adjacent bathroom with bath with shower over, bidet and twin basins. The WC is separate. Entrance hall with telephone for in-coming calls. Outgoing calls can be made with a phone card.
The salon has the possibility to sleep 2 extra guests on a very comfortable convertible sofa bed. There is a round dining table and chairs for in-door meals, mirrored wall, TV with satellite, video and DVD. Access to the terrace and the garden from the salon. There is air-conditioning that can be placed in the bedroom or living area.
The kitchen is fully-equipped with electric oven, large fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The owners of the apartment have requested that there are no pets and that smokers use the garden outside the apartment.
The centre of Cannes and the beach are just over 1 kilometre away, there are shops within walking distance and there is also one reserved underground parking space within the Residence. A bus stop right outside the gates of the Residence that brings you to the centre of Cannes in 5 mins. There are special rates for Festival and Conference periods.
