| An immaculate apartment on the first floor overlooking the beach, marina and Château of La Napoule. Newly-acquired, decorated and superbly furnished, this apartment has everything to make a holiday ideal. |
| The salon has a mustard-coloured sofa and occasional pieces with an atmosphere truly Provençal in style with a kitchenette equipped with fridge, micro-wave, electric oven, two ring hob and washing machine. A Chinese carved screen shields the kitchen work area from the salon if required and there is a circular tiled dining table in the living area for dining. Alternatively you can eat al fresco on the terrace overlooking the sea and be well-placed for people-watching ! |
Both rooms that face the promenade have balconies and the bedroom is furnished uniquely in that it can be used as a second sitting room or the deep blue sofa can be left made up as a double bed. There is a bathroom off this bedroom with shower over the bath, basin and WC. There is also a second WC off the hallway entrance with basin. One of the great beauties of this apartment is its flexibility………..although the occupancy requested is only for two people, a couple can use the bedroom, but two friends wishing to sleep individually can use the second convertible sofa in the salon area if required.

There is a shared pool of 20 x 15 metres to the rear of the Résidence, an open garage parking area underground, shops, restaurants and public transport within a couple of minutes’ walk and a perfect view south to south-west facing from the double balcony. There will be some holiday noise from the coastal road and promenade, but the owners have even thought of this by installing double balcony windows for both security and sound reduction for that quiet night’s sleep. An impressive 'petite appartement à deux.'
N.B. The owners do not accept under-18's staying at the apartment, including children with their parents/guardians.
