We have a hand-picked selection of apartments and villas in Provence, Alpes-Maritimes and Var. Unlike many other agencies, we deal with French holiday home owners direct in France, not with middlemen in a different country. Many of our holiday rental properties are available all year round and can be rented for Christmas and New year. With the advent of cheap flights to Nice we can also offer highly affordable weekend-breaks.

All our holiday villas have their own private swimming pool (in addition, some also have access to large communal pools too), some have their own tennis court, others have access to sports and leisure facilities within their residential Domaines.

All our rental villas are decorated and appointed to an exceptionally high standard. Most have luxury fitted kitchens with all modern appliances and cookware. Some villas are air-conditioned - although most are not. Naturally, BBQ's* and garden furniture are also provided for dining outside on those warm provençal evenings overlooking the Estérel coastline or the sandy beaches of the Bay of Cannes and the mediterranean coast.

We would like to emphasise that Azur Villas is most definitely NOT a 'latch-key' holiday rental agency! Clients are always met on arrival and personally shown into their Apartment or Villa with beds made-up ready for our guests. Regular maid service is included for holidaymakers and business clients renting villas. Extra maid service and other services such as private catering can be arranged on request.

For couples & those with a young family, or families on a budget, or business clients wishing to visit the various conferences in the South of France, such as the Cannes Film Festival, Monaco Grand Prix, MIPIM, MIDEM, MipTV MIPCOM, our apartments are close to the popular Cote d'Azure mediterranean coastal resorts and within walking distance of the beach and many conference venues. Most have the use of communal pools and tennis courts. Most importantly, all have parking available.
