Quite a superb architect-designed villa, private and secluded yet within easy reaches of Mandelieu's shops and restaurants, places of interest and the beaches. There is tennis available locally in the residential park that has over 8 kilometres of unspoilt walks for the energetic.
The layout of the villa is extremely practical. From the entrance hall at the rear of the villa, there is an opening to a lovely through lounge, decorated in pale apple green that looks out over the pool. There is also a side terrace from the lounge. The dining area, with marble table, is off the lounge and this has a doorway leading out to a central open covered outdoor dining area, cool and shady in the summer. Possibility of 2 telephone lines and satellite television.
The kitchen is fully equipped with integral appliances, well-planned and lacking nothing. There is a separate laundry room with huge American washing machine and dryer.
On the same level, there are three double bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms with W.C. There is a separate studio apartment below the villa entered from the level of the pool terrace. Here there is a double bed, living area and kitchenette, all self-contained for 2, or there is the possibility of putting in 1-2 extra divans for children. There is also a covered terrace on the level of the pool with table tennis table, the oval pool benefits from sun all day long.
The front aspect of the villa, pool, and terraces all face across an open valley, uninterrupted, No other villa overlooks any part of Villa Plan Pinet. Covered parking for 2+ cars, and courtyard parking for several others.
The Parc de L'Esterel is a very exclusive domain of large individual villas, nestling amongst pine woods with open aspects across the valleys of the Var. The domain has a resident guardian and security system.

Bookings & Reservations
When booking or reserving your holiday accommodation (either via our website booking system, contact form, or by telephone), it is important to note that your booking is not secure until we have confirmed it with the owners. We never accept bookings before receiving owners' acceptance and confirmation of bookings. We advise clients not to pay for any form of travel arrangements until we have formally confirmed your booking either by email or fax. In order to to speed up your reservation for accommodation, we would be grateful if clients booking 7 days or less, would kindly tick the box labelled 'Single Week Supplement' on the booking form. Thankyou for your co-operation.
Arrival & Departure Days:
Bookings normally run from Saturday to Saturday, although several owners do now accept mid-week bookings. So, if you prefer arriving on a weekday, please click on the 'Contact Owner' button to make your request. We'll do our best to accommodate your wishes.
Rental Prices:
Are quoted in GBP (Pounds Sterling) per week and include:
- Normal use of electricity, water & gas
- End of stay cleaning
- Meeting you on arrival and showing you into your accommodation
Bedlinen and bath towels are not provided for apartments. If clients don't wish to bring their own linen and towels, we can supply them @ £23.50/person. Clients are advised to bring their own beach/lounger towels, or alternatively, buy some locally on arrival.

Conference Season:
Owners of properties in and around Cannes usually demand premium rates for The Cannes Film Festival and other conference/exhibition events. The owner for this property requires an additional payment of £305.00. However, we are often able to offer reductions of up to 30% on late availability or cancellations.

Refundable Security Deposit:
A security deposit of £500 is required for this property. It will be returned to you in full following your departure assuming that no chargeable damage has occured to the property during your stay. If you cancel your booking, any pre-payments you have made against the security deposit charge will be returned to you in full.
