Villa Lavande reflects the taste and care of the owners with a Provençal flavour for the blue and lemon tints evident in many of the furnishings. With three twin or double bedrooms the villa is ideal for 6 people. Two bedrooms are on the upper entrance floor sharing facilities of a bathroom and the third is on the lower pool terrace level where there is shower room en suite to the Master bedroom. Everything in the villa is new and of excellent quality. A newly-installed satellite system provides home-from-home entertainment.
The layout of the house is such that you enter at the rear to the upper level from the paved courtyard where parking is behind wooden gates to the property. There are two bedrooms here, one twin and a second double, although the beds in this room can be separated to provide another twin room if necessary. Shower room and toilet also on this level. Washing machine.
Descending to the lower level you enter the salon with comfortable blue upholstered sofa and chairs, pine dining table and chairs with access direct to the pool terrace. The kitchen is open to the living area and makes a very convivial area, well-equipped and again complementing the Provençal theme. Access also to the pool terrace from the kitchen area. The master bedroom is off the salon and has French windows opening directly onto the pool terrace. Separate WC on ground floor.
There is little garden area and the terrace at the front of the villa has a paved dining area with teak table, chairs and parasol for shade. The pool is rectangular with steps and measures approximately 9 x 4.5 metres.
The villa is on a domaine of individual houses in the hills behind the Esterel coast overlooking the Esterel hills and about 5 kilometres from Mandelieu/La Napoule where there are sandy beaches, excellent restaurants and good shopping facilities

Bookings & Reservations
When booking or reserving your holiday accommodation (either via our website booking system, contact form, or by telephone), it is important to note that your booking is not secure until we have confirmed it with the owners. We never accept bookings before receiving owners' acceptance and confirmation of bookings. We advise clients not to pay for any form of travel arrangements until we have formally confirmed your booking either by email or fax. In order to to speed up your reservation for accommodation, we would be grateful if clients booking 7 days or less, would kindly tick the box labelled 'Single Week Supplement' on the booking form. Thankyou for your co-operation.
Arrival & Departure Days:
Bookings normally run from Saturday to Saturday, although several owners do now accept mid-week bookings. So, if you prefer arriving on a weekday, please click on the 'Contact Owner' button to make your request. We'll do our best to accommodate your wishes.
Rental Prices:
Are quoted in GBP (Pounds Sterling) per week and include:
- Normal use of electricity, water & gas
- End of stay cleaning
- Pool and garden maintenance
- One set of linen & towels is included for each person booked to stay at a villa, and the beds will be made-up before your arrival
- Meeting you on arrival and showing you into your accommodation
As stated above, one set of bedlinen and bath towels per person are provided for villa rentals. However, clients who have booked more than a single week and who don't wish to wash the linen and towels supplied can hire extra sets @ £23.50/person. Alternatively, guests can bring a change of linen and towels with them. In any event, clients are advised to bring their own beach/lounger towels, or alternatively, buy some locally on arrival.

Conference Season:
Owners of properties in and around Cannes usually demand premium rates for The Cannes Film Festival and other conference/exhibition events. However, we are often able to offer reductions of up to 30% on late availability or cancellations.

Refundable Security Deposit:
A security deposit of £500 is required for this property. It will be returned to you in full following your departure assuming that no chargeable damage has occured to the property during your stay. If you cancel your booking, any pre-payments you have made against the security deposit charge will be returned to you in full.
