Situated in a rather secluded and quiet area the villa is within easy reach of local shops and amenities. The beauty of Villa Calvetta is the tranquillity, tree surrounded garden and just off the beaten track eliminating intrusive road noise. This is a family home that can sleep 10 people comfortably. Exterior parking for several cars within the gravelled driveway and forecourt.
On the ground floor entering the villa there is a lovely reception room that has French windows opening onto a partially covered verandah overlooking the pool. Lounging and dining furniture on this terrace. To one side there is a slightly split level TV area and this continues into a section of the villa where there is a double bedroom. Adjacent is a bathroom with W.C. Ideal for an individual couple or grandparents!
To the other side of the salon there is the family kitchen all fully-equipped that has access to two further bedrooms either via the internal rooms or via an exterior door. This can provide privacy for the bedroom that has to be walked through for access to the second bedroom! So one double ground floor bedroom that links with a shared shower room between to a small duplex. In the duplex there is a lower sitting area that can be used and on the mezzanine of this duplex is a bedroom with sloping ceiling.
The master bedroom is accessed from the entrance hallway where there are stairs ascending to this pretty double bedroom with en suite bathroom.
The whole villa has a cottage feel, not because of the size which is quite spacious but because it has warmth in its furnishings, use of rooms and welcoming outdoor living space. Pool is just below the terrace and can be surveyed by adults. Toys for the little ones are left by the owners who have small children of their own. Safe garden for the most part flat and enclosed.

Bookings & Reservations
When booking or reserving your holiday accommodation (either via our website booking system, contact form, or by telephone), it is important to note that your booking is not secure until we have confirmed it with the owners. We never accept bookings before receiving owners' acceptance and confirmation of bookings. We advise clients not to pay for any form of travel arrangements until we have formally confirmed your booking either by email or fax. In order to to speed up your reservation for accommodation, we would be grateful if clients booking 7 days or less, would kindly tick the box labelled 'Single Week Supplement' on the booking form. Thankyou for your co-operation.
Arrival & Departure Days:
Bookings normally run from Saturday to Saturday, although several owners do now accept mid-week bookings. So, if you prefer arriving on a weekday, please click on the 'Contact Owner' button to make your request. We'll do our best to accommodate your wishes.
Rental Prices:
Are quoted in GBP (Pounds Sterling) per week and include:
- Normal use of electricity, water & gas
- End of stay cleaning
- Pool and garden maintenance
- One set of linen & towels is included for each person booked to stay at a villa, and the beds will be made-up before your arrival
- Meeting you on arrival and showing you into your accommodation
As stated above, one set of bedlinen and bath towels per person are provided for villa rentals. However, clients who have booked more than a single week and who don't wish to wash the linen and towels supplied can hire extra sets @ £23.50/person. Alternatively, guests can bring a change of linen and towels with them. In any event, clients are advised to bring their own beach/lounger towels, or alternatively, buy some locally on arrival.

Conference Season:
Owners of properties in and around Cannes usually demand premium rates for The Cannes Film Festival and other conference/exhibition events. However, we are often able to offer reductions of up to 30% on late availability or cancellations.

Refundable Security Deposit:
A security deposit of £500 is required for this property. It will be returned to you in full following your departure assuming that no chargeable damage has occured to the property during your stay. If you cancel your booking, any pre-payments you have made against the security deposit charge will be returned to you in full.
