Villa Claire is a delightful villa that is well within walking distance of approximately 8 minutes from Mougins village with all its local artisan shops, superb restaurants and local commerce. The villa is situated in a rather prestigious area of Mougins in the Pibonson area and is very close to the renowned Mougins golf course. Equally it is well suited for a family with independent teenagers who can walk into the village itself. Mougins is a village well known for its connexions with artists such as Picasso and the impressionists and there are many local galleries as well as an abundance of really excellent restaurants that are too numerous to mention but personally all of which can be recommended!
The owners of the villa request no pets and no smoking in the bedrooms. There are 4 bedrooms sleeping 8 in total: one on the ground floor has a single and a folding bed, more suitable for 2 children; vanity unit in the bedroom. There is a separate WC and basin on the ground floor. On the upper floor there are three further bedrooms, one with twin beds and views to Cannes and the sea, a second with double bed and shower room with double vanity unit. There is a separate WC adjacent. The main bedroom has double bed, shower room + WC en suite with twin bowls, dressing room and air conditioning if required with vies as the twin bedroom.
The living area is really open and light with formal polished oval dining table and lemon covered chairs, combining with a spacious relaxing/sitting area with comfortable and contrasting cornflower blue sofas and easy chairs. All the living room windows overlook the pool and terrace. The white kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, electric oven, combination gas and electric hob, dishwasher and adjacent utility room with washer and dryer.
Fenced garden and flat play areas make this a child-friendly villa although the pool is not fenced. A covered terrace overlooking the pool and benefiting from verdant views completes the tranquility of this lovely villa. Secure behind remote controlled gates, large drive and parking for 4+ cars, the villa provides a quality villa, a conveniently situated home-from-home and a secluded holiday haven in a sought-after area.

Bookings & Reservations
When booking or reserving your holiday accommodation (either via our website booking system, contact form, or by telephone), it is important to note that your booking is not secure until we have confirmed it with the owners. We never accept bookings before receiving owners' acceptance and confirmation of bookings. We advise clients not to pay for any form of travel arrangements until we have formally confirmed your booking either by email or fax. In order to to speed up your reservation for accommodation, we would be grateful if clients booking 7 days or less, would kindly tick the box labelled 'Single Week Supplement' on the booking form. Thankyou for your co-operation.
Arrival & Departure Days:
Bookings normally run from Saturday to Saturday, although several owners do now accept mid-week bookings. So, if you prefer arriving on a weekday, please click on the 'Contact Owner' button to make your request. We'll do our best to accommodate your wishes.
Rental Prices:
Are quoted in GBP (Pounds Sterling) per week and include:
- Normal use of electricity, water & gas
- End of stay cleaning
- Pool and garden maintenance
- One set of linen & towels is included for each person booked to stay at a villa, and the beds will be made-up before your arrival
- Meeting you on arrival and showing you into your accommodation
As stated above, one set of bedlinen and bath towels per person are provided for villa rentals. However, clients who have booked more than a single week and who don't wish to wash the linen and towels supplied can hire extra sets @ £23.50/person. Alternatively, guests can bring a change of linen and towels with them. In any event, clients are advised to bring their own beach/lounger towels, or alternatively, buy some locally on arrival.

Conference Season:
Owners of properties in and around Cannes usually demand premium rates for The Cannes Film Festival and other conference/exhibition events. However, we are often able to offer reductions of up to 30% on late availability or cancellations.

Refundable Security Deposit:
A security deposit of £500 is required for this property. It will be returned to you in full following your departure assuming that no chargeable damage has occured to the property during your stay. If you cancel your booking, any pre-payments you have made against the security deposit charge will be returned to you in full.
