The garden apartment of a large private villa in Miramar with all the privacy of an individual property, as all the facilities are for the use of guests. There are two double bedrooms both with windows overlooking the sea 250 metres in front of the villa.
One bedroom has king-size double bed with wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets. The other has hand-painted wardrobe and bedside cabinets, double bed and dual aspect windows overlooking the pool and the sea. Bathroom with bath shower, vanity unit and bidet in white, marble and flecked grey. The kitchen is newly-fitted and equipped with fridge/freezer, electric hob, micro-wave and dishwasher. Units are white with gold outline and well-stocked with cutlery and crockery. There is a separate laundry room with a machine for the use of guests. Large reception/dining room has conservatory atmosphere, three French windows opening onto front and side terraces. Furnishings here are cream angled sofa feature drag-painted fireplace, dresser and an emerald green wrought-iron glass-topped dining table and matching chairs, bureau. T.V., Sky digital satellite and stereo. Off the salon there is a third bedroom with twin single beds and adjacent shower room with vanity unit and W.C. This area can be separated if used as a bedroom with lockable sliding doors and screen.
The front terrace has a beautiful coastal view and there are table and chairs, bench and settee to relax in outside. The garden apartment is completely independent of the upper floor of the villa and has its own entrance and access. There is a permanent barbecue area and patio with teak garden furniture, a pétanque area, table tennis on the back terrace and a large pool 10 x 5 metres with paved sun-bathing areas all around. Garden is illuminated at night and is quite large, well-maintained with a variety of mature trees, shrubs and flowering borders and tubs, secure for children and very private.
The apartment is within walking distance of the beaches of Miramar and La Figuerette where there are pedaloes and volleyball etc. as well as some water sports. Several excellent restaurants and bars. Miramar is 17 Kms. from Cannes. The Géant hypermarket complex is less than 10 minutes and there are golf and tennis courts in Mandelieu. Théoule, only 4 Kms. from Miramar has many more bars, restaurants and two delightful sandy beaches as well as water skiing, diving and wind-surfing.
Boats leave here regularly for coastal afternoon cruises and trips to the Isles of Lérins. For convenience, the local baker can deliver fresh croissants and baguettes most mornings. The Garden Apartment offers the opportunity to have all the facilities of a private coastal villa but at an apartment price.

When booking or reserving your holiday accommodation (either via our website booking system, contact form, or by telephone), it is important to note that your booking is not secure until we have confirmed it with the owners. We never accept bookings before receiving owners' acceptance and confirmation of bookings. We advise clients not to pay for any form of travel arrangements until we have formally confirmed your booking either by email or fax. In order to to speed up your reservation for accommodation, we would be grateful if clients booking 7 days or less, would kindly tick the box labelled 'Single Week Supplement' on the booking form. Arrival & Departure Days:
Bookings normally run from Saturday to Saturday, although several owners do now accept mid-week bookings. So, if you prefer arriving on a weekday, please click on the 'Contact Owner' button to make your request. We'll do our best to accommodate your wishes.
Rental Prices:
Are quoted in GBP (Pounds Sterling) per week and include:
- Normal use of electricity, water & gas
- End of stay cleaning
- Meeting you on arrival and showing you into your accommodation
Bedlinen and bath towels are not provided for apartments. If clients don't wish to bring their own linen and towels, we can supply them @ £23.50/person. Clients are advised to bring their own beach/lounger towels, or alternatively, buy some locally on arrival.

Conference Season:
Owners of properties in and around Cannes usually demand premium rates for The Cannes Film Festival and other conference/exhibition events. However, we are often able to offer reductions of up to 30% on late availability or cancellations.

Refundable Security Deposit:
A security deposit of £250 is required for this property. It will be returned to you in full following your departure assuming that no chargeable damage has occured to the property during your stay. If you cancel your booking, any pre-payments you have made against the security deposit charge will be returned to you in full.
