A recently re-furbished villa that is situated in a quiet lane on the hillside of Mandelieu, only 10 kilometres from Cannes and with superb views over the bay of Cannes and the Esterel coastline. The villa has four bedrooms that can accommodate up to 8 people with the emphasis on family occupation. There are two double bedrooms, one the master suite with picture window overlooking the bay and en suite bathroom and dressing area; the second with double with en suite shower and adjacent WC; the third has 2 single beds and the fourth pretty bunks. There is also a shared adjacent bathroom for bedrooms 3 and 4.
The ground floor has a large entrance hall that is open to the sitting area and large conservatory extension that has floor length windows so as not to detract from the views. At the side of the conservatory there is an outdoor dining area with canvass awning to give shade. At only a few metres from the house there is an almost kidney-shaped pool with step entrance to the shallow end, a raised terrace for further dining areas and permanent barbecue.
The grounds are on a sloping site with only a small play area for children on flat grass. There are several areas where there are steps down to the villa and pool and parking internally is on the sloping drive or external to the garden in a parking space for 2 cars.
Amenities locally are excellent with large hypermarket, artisanal shops, many restaurants featuring speciality menus, easy access to local beaches with water sports and only a few minutes from the autoroute to give access to sites further afield such as Nice, Monte Carlo, the Luberon, the perched inland villages and even the market in Ventimiglia, Northern Italy on a Friday morning.

Bookings & Reservations
When booking or reserving your holiday accommodation (either via our website booking system, contact form, or by telephone), it is important to note that your booking is not secure until we have confirmed it with the owners. We never accept bookings before receiving owners' acceptance and confirmation of bookings. We advise clients not to pay for any form of travel arrangements until we have formally confirmed your booking either by email or fax. In order to to speed up your reservation for accommodation, we would be grateful if clients booking 7 days or less, would kindly tick the box labelled 'Single Week Supplement' on the booking form. Thankyou for your co-operation.
Arrival & Departure Days:
Bookings normally run from Saturday to Saturday, although several owners do now accept mid-week bookings. So, if you prefer arriving on a weekday, please click on the 'Contact Owner' button to make your request. We'll do our best to accommodate your wishes.
Rental Prices:
Are quoted in GBP (Pounds Sterling) per week and include:
- Normal use of electricity, water & gas
- End of stay cleaning
- Pool and garden maintenance
- One set of linen & towels is included for each person booked to stay at a villa, and the beds will be made-up before your arrival
- Meeting you on arrival and showing you into your accommodation
As stated above, one set of bedlinen and bath towels per person are provided for villa rentals. However, clients who have booked more than a single week and who don't wish to wash the linen and towels supplied can hire extra sets @ £23.50/person. Alternatively, guests can bring a change of linen and towels with them. In any event, clients are advised to bring their own beach/lounger towels, or alternatively, buy some locally on arrival.

Conference Season:
Owners of properties in and around Cannes usually demand premium rates for The Cannes Film Festival and other conference/exhibition events. However, we are often able to offer reductions of up to 30% on late availability or cancellations.

Refundable Security Deposit:
A security deposit of £500 is required for this property. It will be returned to you in full following your departure assuming that no chargeable damage has occured to the property during your stay. If you cancel your booking, any pre-payments you have made against the security deposit charge will be returned to you in full.
